Personal data
Personal data (e.g. name, email address, role, IP address) and non-personal (e.g. your operating system and browser) provided to Sectra AB through this website will only be used by companies within the Sectra Group, its subcontractors and service providers per the sections below. When using this training platform, make sure to only share information that we specifically ask for. We are not allowed to store any other data about you and if you do, Sectra cannot be held responsible.

Via Sectra’s Learning Management platform you access our eLearning courses. You get an account on the portal by an email invitation, either from your system administrator or from Sectra, or by requesting an account yourself. To be able to start your account, we ask you to enter the information that is necessary for us. Sectra only uses this data to set up the account and make sure you get access to correct courses.  When you start a course, your system administrator and Sectra can see your training records for training and supervisory purposes.
To better understand the behavior and needs of the visitors of this website, Sectra, its subcontractors and service providers may also process your personal data to monitor the use of the website, to register traffic to and from the website and to consider and evaluate the users’ demography, geographical location, interests, and behavior with regards to Sectra. As a global company Sectra may transfer personal data collected by us on an aggregated or individual level to various divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies of the Sectra group around the world located inside or outside the European Economic Area for the purposes stated above.
We delete or anonymize your personal data when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected and subsequently processed.
